Md. Ashraful Hoque is an Assistant Professor of Dept. of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (ACCE) at the University of Chittagong (CU), Bangladesh. He received his master's degree (2009) in Chemistry (Applied Branch) from the University of Chittagong (CU). He also completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) degrees in Chemistry from the University of Chittagong. His research area covers in drinking water quality, Physicochemical Characterization and Microbial Studies on Lipids of Different Marine Species of the Bay of Bengal, Physicochemical and biochemical analysis of different kinds of honey at the southern regions of Bangladesh .His Field of Interest includes Environmental Research, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Lipids, Honey,
